Bank transfer instructions
- Place your order and select Direct bank transfer if available.
- Choose the RON account for local RON payments or the EUR account for EURO payments, and check the payment amount in your order confirmation.
- Include your order number as the transfer reference.
- Allow time for the funds to reach our account. Orders are processed for dispatch after payment has been received and verified.
Bank transfers can take longer depending on the sending bank and country. Never send funds to replacement account details received in an unexpected email or message without verifying them directly with us.
