Shipping destinations & estimated times
We ship worldwide using FAN Courier, FedEx, UPS and DPD, depending on destination and service availability. The following estimates are in working days after dispatch, excluding order preparation and customs delays.

Shipping costs calculated at checkout

Order preparation and tracking
Estimated delivery times begin once the parcel is handed to the courier. Payment confirmation, stock availability, order preparation and made-to-order products can affect dispatch time.
Where tracking is available, tracking details are provided after dispatch. Carrier tracking updates may not appear immediately.
Collection in Romania
Local pickup is available by prior arrangement. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready, together with the pickup address and instructions, before travelling. For arrangements, contact us and include your order number.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may incur import duties, local taxes, customs inspections or carrier clearance charges. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges may be payable by the recipient. Customs clearance can delay both standard and express deliveries.
